Internet Banking FAQ’s

Q: What can I do with Online Banking?
A: You can view account balances and transaction history, view check images, transfer money between your accounts here, pay bills, make loan payments, and download past statements.

Q: How can I access Online Banking?
A: Use any personal computer, laptop, tablet, or smart phone with an internet connection to conduct your online banking.

Q: How do I start using Online Banking?
A: Contact us for your initial username and password, and you will be prompted to create your own username and password when you successfully log in to your online banking.

Q: What accounts will I be able to access through Online Banking?
A: You can access your checking, savings, loans, CDs, and IRAs from your online banking. This applies to all accounts you are an owner of. And upon request we can add the accounts you are an authorized signer of.

Q: How current is my banking information?
A: Your account information is updated every business day with new transactions that were posted to your account the previous evening. Each time you log in, any pending transactions that come in throughout the day will be reflected in your available balance.

Q: How much account information can I view at once?
A: The system defaults to show the last 30 days of transactions. You can make adjustments in Account Options under View Transactions to adjust the amount of information you would like to see.

Q: Can I sort my transaction information?
A: Yes, you can sort your transaction information by date, check number, payee, amount, or balance in ascending or descending order.

Q: Can I schedule future transfers?
A: Yes, you will be able to schedule future transfers that are one-time or recurring between your accounts with us.

Q: What happens if I forget or lose my password?
A: If you have a current email address on file in your internet banking you can reset your own password using the forgot password/reset password link. Or feel free to contact us at the bank and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
